For nearly two decades, this has been my go-to local spot. Despite its small size, limited parking, and higher prices compared to other New World supermarkets, it used to be well-stocked with helpful staff. However, the level of assistance has declined, and customers are now expected to bag their own groceries, causing further delays. Woolworths in Jville and Crofton Downs have revamped their services, offering better selections, service, and prices, prompting me to switch.
This petite store may not match the grandeur of larger supermarkets, yet it stocks a wide array of daily essentials and groceries. Fresh produce, fruits, fish, halal chicken, meat, sausages, seafood, and a bulk of halal beef and lamb are available. Various bread, cheese, eggs, dairy products, baked goods, frozen foods, and ready-to-eat meals can also be found. Additionally, chips, munchies, cards, magazines, and flowers are on offer. A compact but comprehensive shopping experience.
