Japanese woman seemed upset and never interacted with me or didn't emit a positive energy. wasn't welcoming and hairstyle was subpar. I was referred by an acquaintance and this establishment provided unsatisfactory service. Looked unappealing.
My cousin and I had our wedding hair and make up done. Exceptionally professional and amiable service. We are extremely content with their service.
Kai was exceptional and did a fantastic job on my husband's hair. Highly professional and efficient. He inquired extensively to ensure he understood exactly what my husband desired and offered advice on maintaining his hairstyle and overall hair care. Approachable and humorous (don't be misled by his direct manner, he's genuinely approachable and humorous). 5 stars for this establishment. (if you peruse my other reviews I rarely give 5 stars) 👍👍👍 I should mention Kai is multilingual and can converse in Japanese if needed👍
