Fran is truly remarkable! They listen to your ideas and help you tailor them to suit your hair type. Ensuring you understand how to style it yourself. They possess great skill and their warm demeanor really puts you at ease. They won't let you leave their salon unsatisfied. I'll definitely be returning for more treatments!
Wasn't happy with the service provided, went in for a half foil and toner. The color turned out as desired but my hair ended up extremely dry and bushy. I even requested the stylist to fix and straighten it, but they seemed hurried. There's definitely room for improvement in customer service, it's important to check in with the customer to see if they're satisfied or need adjustments. This should be a priority for any business.
Fran was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend, they executed exactly what I wanted and engaged in delightful conversation throughout. I'll definitely be returning!
