Visited Kiwi Nails Queensgate on Friday, left very let down with the outcome. Booked (and paid for) a BIAB gel manicure, doubt the technician actually used the BIAB builder. My nails are weak and brittle, chipped by the next day :(
I had a not so good time. The app wasn't nice. Went for a Deluxe Manicure with regular polish, felt rushed. Despite the busyness, the experience was a tad rough. Got a hand massage with lotion left on, index finger filed with a small cut now inflamed. Disappointed paying $40, left feeling sad as it was meant to be a self-care afternoon.
My nails have been cared for by Sarah and her amazing team since 2018. I adore long, stunning nails and I am quite picky, but these incredible ladies always provide top-notch service.
