I rang for a last minute booking after my regular salon shut down unexpectedly due to COVID and Ellie kindly squeezed me in. I explained my preferences and she executed them perfectly, even making additional tweaks at the end of the session. The rest of the team were fantastic as well, assisting in entertaining my little boy when my phone died and I had no other toys on hand :|
