I commenced my visits to CACI LH roughly 3 years back when I ceased using contraceptives & developed adult acne which significantly impacted my self-assurance as a real estate agent & mature woman. Isla supported me throughout my journey, which lasted around 6 months until my skin normalized & I opted to continue with a skincare regimen for general skin wellness. I have been satisfied with the condition of my skin through consistent treatments & advice from Isla. I have valued the clinic's approach to rescheduling missed appointments because of lockdowns, maintaining professionalism even when they were likely under a lot of pressure & short-staffed. I pondered on cancelling my yearly membership to focus on my mortgage payments but upon reflection, I realized the long-term benefits of continuing with my membership.
Not a fan. The director, Anahera, was intimidating to interact with. Made me feel coerced into joining or she would raise her voice at me. Her team seemed terrified of her and actively avoided her. Started at CACI and discovered numerous undisclosed details that only surfaced after signing the paperwork. I have since discontinued due to all the concealed information. I have requested a breakdown of my reimbursement and I feel like it doesn't quite add up. Now seeking assistance from the consumer advisory service. I have now found a pleasant establishment that is more pleasant to engage with, doesn't pressure me, EXPLAINS EVERYTHING and is slightly more affordable. 😀
