I recently got a haircut and keratin treatment at this place on 3/2/2024. What a disaster. The cut was way too short, and after the first wash, my hair felt and looked terrible. I tried calling and left a message on Tuesday, but still no response. Unacceptable and irresponsible behavior from a hair salon. Waste of money as no one is taking accountability. Not a good experience :(About

Horrible place for hair. Terrible experience, got hair styled for graduation. Price included wash and blow dry, but shampoo made hair rough, not washed properly. Style dropped in 10 minutes, called salon, hairdresser said "I did my job, your hair doesn't hold style." Rude response, ruined my day.
