Visited Kiwi Nails Queensgate on Friday, left very let down with the outcome. Booked (and paid for) a BIAB gel manicure, doubt the technician actually used the BIAB builder. Horrible place for hair. Terrible experience, got hair styled for graduation. Price included wash and blow dry, but shampoo made hair rough, not washed properly. Style dropped in 10 minutes, called salon, hairdresser said "I did my job, your hair doesn't hold style." Rude response, ruined my day.
