I had a fantastic time at your queensgate store! I was looked after by one of your ladies there, I think she's the manager, I can't recall her name but she has tattoos on her hands, etc. She was really helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in finding what I needed. I was only looking for a simple chain to replace the broken one I had. She showed me all the options available and I ended up purchasing two of them. She also informed me about the free piercing service, so I decided to get a piercing done, and it was a wonderful experience! She explained how to care for it and was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to! She definitely deserves recognition or a raise. Took my son in for a nose piercing. He was super nervous, as expected. Hamish was amazing. Made him feel at ease. Cracked some jokes and even let him choose the music. He explained everything clearly. The studio was spotless and the piercing was quick and painless. My son left with a big smile and was thrilled.
