10/10 Recommend, the lass is lovely and very skilled at what she does! The best nail spot I have discovered in Lower Hutt and the most budget-friendly rates. She has a good selection of hues and even cheerfully repaired a nail I chipped at no added cost. I will continue backing this nearby small enterprise :)

Visited Kiwi Nails Queensgate on Friday, left very let down with the outcome. Booked (and paid for) a BIAB gel manicure, doubt the technician actually used the BIAB builder. First visit to star beauty salon and I will never go anywhere else to get my eyelash extensions done again! Thank you so much Harper you are a true artist at your craft. I’ve been to plenty of lash techs in the Auckland region and she is by far the best in my opinion. Was originally going for d curl, medium length and she recommend dd. Glad I opted for her recommendation it made all the difference. I recently experienced this salon for the first time, purely by chance as my usual salon was swamped with post-lockdown appointments & couldn't squeeze me in. I was a bit anxious about trying a new hairdresser, but it turned out to be unnecessary! Shayne was warm, highly skilled and knowledgeable, and paid close attention to my preferences. The organic products she used are truly remarkable and have genuinely improved the condition of my long hair. It's no longer dry and now feels incredibly soft with volume and beautiful curls all the way to the tips. I've also noticed a decrease in shedding. I am completely won over and will definitely be a loyal customer from now on. The end result was subpar, with inconsistent shaping on every nail. When I suggested it would be nice to seek feedback, the technician argued and dismissed my concerns. Avoid this place at all costs - they're only after your money.
