Had a fab time getting some old jewellery switched up and a fresh industrial piercing today! I had a helix piercing that was a real mission to remove, and they put in so much effort and care to assist me in getting it replaced - and I only had to pay for the new jewellery! The piercer was so lovely and humorous, I felt incredibly at ease and joyful with their super professional service and would definitely suggest to anyone seeking a first time or extra piercing! The jewellery choices are super adorable too, and the reasonable prices are great, without compromising professionalism and care for a lower cost. It was absolutely the best piercing experience I've had and I'll certainly return! I had a fantastic time at your queensgate store! I was looked after by one of your ladies there, I think she's the manager, I can't recall her name but she has tattoos on her hands, etc. She was really helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in finding what I needed. I was only looking for a simple chain to replace the broken one I had. She showed me all the options available and I ended up purchasing two of them. She also informed me about the free piercing service, so I decided to get a piercing done, and it was a wonderful experience! She explained how to care for it and was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to! She definitely deserves recognition or a raise.
