I've had Tui trim and style my hair multiple times now, and she consistently delivers top-notch results. She excels at understanding my vague requests and turning them into a fantastic haircut. A true professional, Tui is. The salon team is friendly, and the pricing is very reasonable. Parking is always a breeze, free and right outside. I've never encountered any issues with booking online. Big thanks to Tui and the team!
Avoid using the online booking system to schedule your appointment, or you might show up for a haircut without one. Paying $6.50 to secure your appointment online doesn't actually confirm it, nor does a Google Calendar invite with a "we will see you then" message. A cancellation notification was sent via email at 8.16am on the same morning as the appointment... a phone call would have been more appropriate. Disappointingly, I really needed that haircut.
Outstanding service. The team is warm and skilled at what they do. They are highly empathetic and excellent at styling. I highly recommend them.
