Had an amazing experience with Libby! She rescued me from a bad haircut at Just Cuts, really listened to what I wanted, and absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend! ☺️
I recently got my hair extensions done here for the first time and overall it was an okay experience! However, it did take some time to get them just right. During the initial application, the extensions were quite noticeable as they were placed too far forward on my head and the color didn't match my roots as requested. I did go back to have them fixed, but it took another month and I had to pay for the recoloring. After the fix, I still found it challenging to tie up my hair without the extensions being obvious (as seen in the photos). It wasn't a big issue for me as I usually style my hair down, but it's something to be aware of. I made sure to request a new stylist for the fix, and they were very accommodating. The stylists are efficient and skilled, and appointments for maintenance are always quick :)
Recently had my hair extensions done at The Villa a few weeks back and I am absolutely loving them, would definitely recommend!
