I had a fantastic time at your queensgate store! I was looked after by one of your ladies there, I think she's the manager, I can't recall her name but she has tattoos on her hands, etc. She was really helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in finding what I needed. I was only looking for a simple chain to replace the broken one I had. She showed me all the options available and I ended up purchasing two of them. She also informed me about the free piercing service, so I decided to get a piercing done, and it was a wonderful experience! She explained how to care for it and was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to! She definitely deserves recognition or a raise. I'll definitely return!
My mate and I just got our ears pierced at Queensgate Lovisa and we're stoked with the experience. The manager, Anjannette, was an absolute pro. She did a top-notch job with the piercings and also took care of customers.
Popped in yesterday and ended up getting 2x helix piercings on a whim while shopping. The woman who did them was incredibly friendly, professional, and well-versed in piercing aftercare. She was handling the store on her own and had to juggle between me and the folks waiting at the counter, which I didn't mind at all. I hope she receives the recognition she's due.
