Visited the Auckland branch on the 5th February after booking online. Disappointed with the poorly done manicure, bubbling and peeling at the edges, and regrowth appearing longer than a week's growth. The technician kept leaving for walk-ins, neglecting the booked appointments. Moreover, no hand cleaning post-service, leaving a messy finish. Contacted via email and Facebook with minimal response, no effort to rectify the issue. Regrettable experience at this new nail salon in Auckland CBD; will discourage others from trying.
