The enthusiasm and friendliness of the team here are evident in their interactions with customers. They offer compliments, engage with customers, and possess excellent product knowledge. (Referring specifically to the customer service desk team today and the Cafe team yesterday)
Initially, I rated this place quite low because during my first visit, I felt the team wasn't very helpful. There seemed to be a lack of assistance regarding kitchen and wardrobe renovations. Eventually, I stumbled upon a group of team members gathered around a kitchen display, laughing and giggling loudly. It appeared unprofessional, and they didn't seem approachable. This left me feeling disheartened, and I didn't return to Bunnings. However, on a recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised to find the team incredibly helpful! I approached a woman at the front desk seeking advice on restoring old metal brackets. She was enthusiastic and genuinely interested in helping me. The product she recommended worked wonders! She also suggested consulting a team member in the paints department, who was equally friendly and helpful. This positive shift in the team's attitude is reassuring and inviting, and I will definitely be returning!
