This came after a dreadful experience with another firearm service provider who was keen to overcharge for unnecessary parts. Kiara was exceptional, trustworthy and dependable. My Sako rifle malfunctioned, so I contacted Kiara and grabbed my tools! Before I could do much, Kiara showed up on site and swiftly disassembled the faulty tool, identifying the broken component. A replacement was sourced from her stock, and the rifle was cleaned, lubricated, and reassembled to a better state than when it was new. She even gave another rifle a quick maintenance check. The service was exceptional - quick, knowledgeable, and she explained the issues clearly. Couldn't have asked for better!
