Shanika Patel (Mia), Helped me create a custom gaming PC and was very informative as I didn't know much about PCs, answering all my questions. She was extremely patient throughout the process, even working on her day off to build and test it. Couldn't thank her enough, outstanding service!!!
Needed to figure out if my laptop's battery was faulty, if the charging cable was the problem, or if both were at fault, and if the charging port was the issue. The young man who assisted me found a battery 🔋 so we could test the laptop's functionality, then we tested the charging cable to check the charging process. As a result of his patience and allowing me to troubleshoot, I ended up purchasing a new battery at a great price, and the charging cable and port were good to go. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient (especially with a slow start up). Highly recommend, I usually go to the store on Cuba Street, but I was in Lower Hutt, so I gave them a try, and I'm glad I did.
Went to buy a laptop for the first time. Had a battery issue, they offered a refund but I preferred a store credit and ended up getting a better deal. The person at the counter was fantastic, even when I was a bit difficult.
