Popped in today, showed the chap a snap of my desired style and requested to maintain the length on top. Unfortunately, he didn't pay heed and just did his own thing. I now resemble an egg. Perhaps the most cringe-worthy haircut I've ever had. Charlie was so lovely and supportive, addressing the damage in a practical and caring way which made me feel nurtured rather than judged.
