The gentleman was great, he always checked with me if his massage was ok. The place was quite busy when I arrived, so all cubicles were occupied, so a couple of us were waiting for 15 minutes. I like the setting of the chair massages, behind the wall, a bit of privacy from the window. Further towards the back is a couple of seats for head massages.
