Horrible place for hair. Terrible experience, got hair styled for graduation. Price included wash and blow dry, but shampoo made hair rough, not washed properly. Style dropped in 10 minutes, called salon, hairdresser said "I did my job, your hair doesn't hold style." Rude response, ruined my day. No proper hair spray used.
I purchased 4 items from there (2 times) first buy was great no issues. Next 3 items, calculated cost ($173) but was overcharged, confused why, can't find reason, not sure if legit or exploitation, disappointed.
Twice Melissa did my hair, roots first, then foils 2 weeks later. She understood my desires, went beyond expectations. Product recommendations and explanations informative, helped me understand needs. Highly recommend Melissa, her work is excellent.
