I hadn't visited a hair salon for anything other than a trim in 5 years due to a lot of anxiety about my severely damaged hair. Charlie was so lovely and supportive, addressing the damage in a practical and caring way which made me feel nurtured rather than judged. Hine was also lovely and did the shampooing beforehand - usually, I dislike that part and end up with water in my ears, but she was very gentle and pleasant to talk to.
Had a fantastic time yesterday. Got my hair dyed at a salon after a long time so I was a bit nervous, but Kendall was so kind and reassuring, guided me through each step, she handled my hair very gently. She provided me with outstanding service. Ruby, did my hair wash and massage. The massage was incredibly relaxing, eased all my worries. I haven't felt this calm in a while. Overall, the atmosphere of the salon is wonderful. They create a welcoming space. I highly recommend them.
