A huge ‘Shout out’ to Sheila for exceptional customer service early Wednesday morning when the Kiwi card went offline on 5x points day. Not only did she handle the customer service counter & assist me at the checkout (when no other staff members were around) BUT she still managed to give me my discount & also explain how boosting worked. Yet another supermarket, much like all the others I've visited. Prices on most items are high and no indication of any changes except getting more expensive. Perhaps price hikes are more acceptable nowadays or maybe politicians are overpaid and can easily afford the rising costs and couldn't care less. There, that's my vent for the day, cheers
