I am truly let down by my recent visit to The Beauty Spot Wellington. My appointment was set for 4 p.m. on Saturday, only to be canceled 10 minutes prior due to the therapist falling ill. While I understand sickness is unpredictable, the lack of an alternative therapist was disappointing. Cancelling so last minute is disrespectful and unprofessional, showing a disregard for the client's time and commitment. This left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, especially considering the absence of a backup plan. A reputable establishment should have contingencies in place for such situations, and the lack thereof raises concerns about their preparedness.
Appreciate the excellent customer service received. My facial treatments have been fantastic so far.
Enjoyed a delightful "Coastal Escape" session with Aria today. She was incredibly professional and friendly. The ambiance was perfect for relaxation with soft lighting, calming music, pleasant scents, and cozy blankets. Already looking forward to my next Coastal Escape experience!
