AVOID THIS PLACE!! A disappointing first facial experience. The staff were accommodating for walk-in appointments. I initially requested an express facial but was persuaded into the more expensive treatment for problematic skin. I didn't realize I had been upsold again until it was time to pay due to a language barrier. Throughout the painful process, I requested the lady to stop, but she continued. I felt overheated the entire time and far from relaxed. I will not be returning.
