I have been getting my hair styled by the owner for over 18 years and always receive compliments on how well it suits me. I am consistently pleased with my haircuts as she listens to my preferences and makes the final decision.
I visited this salon for a hair coloring and unfortunately, my hair got burnt and the foils were done incorrectly, leaving me with a $400 bill. Despite being a returning customer, I felt like I was taken advantage of by the owner who was aware of the mistake. Spending 6 hours in a dirty salon for such poor results was disappointing. I suggest looking elsewhere for experienced hair stylists who will give you value for your money.
