Terrible experience, visited this place yesterday and the man who did my hair didn't even make an effort. He had poor communication skills & charged me $7 for a subpar job, asked him to trim my hair and he said it's already short enough. After he trimmed my hair again, he rolled his eyes at me. Worst hair/nail salon in Papatoetoe at this point. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Went in to get my hair dyed and it turned out really bad. The products they used on my hair was burning my scalp and neck. She mentioned that it helps the color set and it'll wash out easily. The products they applied wasn't working, then she started pulling my hair while brushing. I kept telling her it was hurting and that I didn't want my own hair pulled out, but she lied saying she wasn't pulling my hair out, yet it was so painful! I was tearing up a lot. I have damaged hair now and my scalp is infected, and it still hurts. I don't recommend these stylists anymore. On the bright side, I got a refund.
I always come here to get my nails done, but this time, the man who did my nails was very rough. He had to file down some of the acrylic he applied and redo it, It was painful and he expected me to endure the discomfort during the session. Now my nails are infected. I've never had this kind of experience. Cannot recommend them anymore.
