His exceptional communication skills and attentiveness create a comfortable and valued experience. Tom truly listens to your preferences, providing a personalized and gratifying service. I highly recommend him! I do wish they allowed customers to choose their preferred hairdresser, even if it meant an additional cost.

I am puzzled by the frequent rotation and change of staff here. Despite being a regular for years, I have never encountered the same hair stylist. It's a bit disheartening, but on the bright side, it keeps the business dynamic. Each visit promises a new experience. I've generally enjoyed the services and am not overly particular about my hair.
