If you have scissors to cut hair use them. I felt ripped off came out looking like what I went in with. It was a trim at the bottom. Their prices are ridiculous now. Hence why I shop around and will no longer go to them. They should have specific pricing. Men's/women's short or long is different $50 above. They will use the straightener when you haven’t asked. I could have cut my own hair. Really disappointed they have gone this route. I’d prefer Mark when he owned it; he would ensure you did your work properly.
You can't beat their price anywhere. My child and I got our wash, blow dry, and straighten for $120. That's just for one person elsewhere. It's just a spouse and spouse there but that's my go-to hairdresser.
