I visited a salon for a haircut. Showed the stylist a photo of the style I wanted. My hair was originally down to my waist. I agreed to a trim to chest length - around 5 inches below my shoulders. However, she cut it much shorter, above my shoulders. The style she gave me was nothing like the picture. I requested a face-framing cut with no layers at the back, but she added layers all over. I do not recommend her services at all.
Outstanding service. They really take care of your hair here. Reasonable prices and a welcoming atmosphere.
I asked for highlights and a perm, but the stylist did a poor job. When I requested a refund, she argued with me. My hair was left damaged, the color was terrible, and I had to go to another salon to fix it. I later learned that perming and highlighting should not be done together. It seems this hairdresser lacks knowledge in hairdressing.
