Had an amazing time at the Mecca Sylvia Park store today. Huge thanks to the wonderful Max for his outstanding customer service, product expertise, and endless patience - convincing someone who has always used L'Oréal and Clinique products to try new brands is no small feat, but he successfully won over my nan, who is now a loyal Mecca customer. My nan hasn't stopped gushing about the whole experience this afternoon, "Max really listened to me, cared for me, and made me feel fabulous. It was such a blast, when can we do it again?" Absolutely priceless! Thank you, Max! 😊
While browsing the perfume section at Mecca today, I received exceptional help from the most delightful team member, unfortunately, I can't recall her name but it starts with a K. She was incredibly kind and assisted me in finding all the items I needed, even offering a perfume sample for me to try. She even took the time to wrap the gifts I purchased, including one from another store! Her thoughtfulness was remarkable, and I felt extremely well taken care of. She definitely deserves recognition!
Today was an awesome day! I was assisted by a fantastic dude named Finn. As soon as I described what I was looking for, he had the perfect products in mind to show me. Although many were out of stock, he managed to provide me with some samples to test out. He expertly matched my skin tone and found the ideal shade of concealer. I truly valued his warm demeanor and expert advice. It was a top-notch visit, will definitely be back to this Mecca store.
