I've visited this establishment multiple times, but my recent trip was incredibly disappointing. I had booked a 90-minute massage for my partner and myself as a special treat after intense training for a recent challenge. However, my therapist, an elderly woman, did not provide the usual warm-up pressure that is customary in Thai massages. Instead of the typical kneading along the body, she immediately started massaging my leg without any initial touch or pressure. Despite requesting firm pressure with lighter touches on my sensitive calves, I received gentle strokes that felt like fairy fingers. When she moved to my back, the massage was neither smooth nor relaxing. I could barely feel it, and when I asked for more pressure, she began using her thumbs and elbows aggressively. I had to request a different therapist, which upset her even though I was paying good money for a service she was not delivering properly. Another therapist took over for my partner's massage, but by then, I was so displeased that I asked to shorten our session to 60 minutes. My partner shared my sentiments—it was a complete waste of time and money.
We thoroughly enjoyed our invigorating traditional Thai massage. The customer service was exceptional, and they were accommodating to our preferences. We will definitely return!
