I visited to have my lashes and brows done a couple of weeks ago, and the salon was completely empty, so I expected a quick service. However, the beautician arrived late and did my brows while on the phone, which I found quite rude. After finishing my brows, she made me wait even longer, still chatting on the phone in her native language and interrupting the service to talk to another staff member. She even paused for a good 5 minutes to share a story, laughing all the while. This is the worst service I've encountered here, and it took nearly an hour for a procedure that should have taken half that time!

I've been a client for years. The atmosphere is delightful, especially in these challenging times of the current pandemic. Easy bookings, friendly staff, and skilled professionals. The team is knowledgeable, and the ambiance is always inviting and elegant. I'll continue to use their services for sure. The whole experience is truly relaxing.

Samantha was outstanding, providing clear and professional service. Her threading skills were top-notch, and she is the only salon in Parnell where you can see exactly what she's doing in real-time, which I found very reassuring. I will definitely be returning.
