I am truly let down by my recent visit to The Beauty Spot Wellington. My appointment was set for 4 p.m. on Saturday, only to be canceled 10 minutes prior due to the therapist falling ill. While I understand sickness is unpredictable, the lack of an alternative therapist was disappointing. Cancelling so last minute is disrespectful and unprofessional, showing a disregard for the client's time and commitment. This left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, especially considering the absence of a backup plan. A reputable establishment should have contingencies in place for such situations, and the lack thereof raises concerns about their preparedness.About

I visited to have my lashes and brows done a couple of weeks ago, and the salon was completely empty, so I expected a quick service. However, the beautician arrived late and did my brows while on the phone, which I found quite rude. After finishing my brows, she made me wait even longer, still chatting on the phone in her native language and interrupting the service to talk to another staff member. She even paused for a good 5 minutes to share a story, laughing all the while.
