I am truly let down by my recent visit to The Beauty Spot Wellington. My appointment was set for 4 p.m. on Saturday, only to be canceled 10 minutes prior due to the therapist falling ill. While I understand sickness is unpredictable, the lack of an alternative therapist was disappointing. Cancelling so last minute is disrespectful and unprofessional, showing a disregard for the client's time and commitment. This left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, especially considering the absence of a backup plan. A reputable establishment should have contingencies in place for such situations, and the lack thereof raises concerns about their preparedness.About

Terrible experience, visited this place yesterday and the man who did my hair didn't even make an effort. He had poor communication skills & charged me $7 for a subpar job, asked him to trim my hair and he said it's already short enough. After he trimmed my hair again, he rolled his eyes at me. Worst hair/nail salon in Papatoetoe at this point. One of my preferred spots for a sudden need, and the waiting time is quite reasonable. Don't let the location and appearance fool you.
