Terrible experience, visited this place yesterday and the man who did my hair didn't even make an effort. He had poor communication skills & charged me $7 for a subpar job, asked him to trim my hair and he said it's already short enough. After he trimmed my hair again, he rolled his eyes at me. Worst hair/nail salon in Papatoetoe at this point. I visited to have my lashes and brows done a couple of weeks ago, and the salon was completely empty, so I expected a quick service. However, the beautician arrived late and did my brows while on the phone, which I found quite rude. After finishing my brows, she made me wait even longer, still chatting on the phone in her native language and interrupting the service to talk to another staff member. She even paused for a good 5 minutes to share a story, laughing all the while.
