Can't believe the lack of service, I got a txt about a voucher coming due so I rang and the gal on the phone was painful to deal with but I ordered two pairs of shoes to pick up next Friday. She couldn't take Payment over phone and I said well just e-mail me invoice and I'll pay online as the voucher will run out before I could get in, Na can't do that, another lady got involved and also can't pay over phone or online without ordering online. Tried that, couldn't match up voucher and was so hard I gave up.
