I am truly let down by my recent visit to The Beauty Spot Wellington. My appointment was set for 4 p.m. on Saturday, only to be canceled 10 minutes prior due to the therapist falling ill. While I understand sickness is unpredictable, the lack of an alternative therapist was disappointing. Cancelling so last minute is disrespectful and unprofessional, showing a disregard for the client's time and commitment. This left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, especially considering the absence of a backup plan.
