The top-notch service, had a manicure for the first time and I was so relaxed and did not feel judged for my dry as nails, then got my gel nails and lashes. If you have scissors to cut hair use them. I felt ripped off came out looking like what I went in with. It was a trim at the bottom. Their prices are ridiculous now. Hence why I shop around and will no longer go to them. They should have specific pricing. Men's/women's short or long is different $50 above. They will use the straightener when you haven’t asked. I could have cut my own hair. Really disappointed they have gone this route.
