Initially planned to visit the Otahuhu branch for podiatry treatment, but the podiatrist is only available on Mondays (couldn't wait another week with this ingrown toenail), so I opted for the Pukekohe branch instead. The podiatrist (Eimear) truly eased my worries about the procedure. Efficient and skilled, she completed the treatment in just 20 minutes. The process was smooth, with the only discomfort being the injection and post-anesthetic sensations. Eimear was incredibly kind. The drive was definitely worthwhile. Looking forward to walking normally and taking my baby for a proper stroll. Who knew pregnancy could affect your toenails? Two thumbs up for their exceptional service and professionalism.
Chose this clinic due to its proximity to my home and positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. It has now been six weeks since my initial appointment, and I was only contacted once, a month later, to inform me that the discussed treatment plan couldn't proceed. A potential alternative was mentioned, but after another three weeks, still no progress. A waste of time and money as nothing came out of the appointment, and I was already aware of all the information discussed during the visit.
