I recently had Permanent hair straightening done, but within two days my hair reverted back to its wavy state. Upon raising my concerns, I was invited for a discussion where my input was disregarded, and I was scheduled for a re-do without my consent. Feeling dissatisfied, I posted a review on social media. To my surprise, I received a message from Lisa at 11:30 PM accusing me of being dishonest. When I tried to clarify the situation, she became overly dramatic, accused me of bullying, and even forbade me from returning to her salon. It's quite unprofessional to message customers at such late hours. Lisa should consider closing her business as I paid $208 for a service that was ineffective.
