Lacking in-store service. Ordered a Sony TV a week ago in person, paid for delivery, but it hasn't arrived yet. Customer service is unresponsive. Our previous washing machine purchase was smooth with clear info from Alex. Disappointing service this time.
Enjoyed shopping here, found all my groceries easily. Well-stocked shelves and spacious layout. Self-serve checkout staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.
