I am dissatisfied with this Pharmacy. They lack empathy for suffering customers, displaying indifference and resistance to resolving issues promptly. I will no longer patronize their establishment.
23rd of July, 2015 I arrived at the pharmacy at 12:50 pm, expecting it to be open as per the note indicating operating hours from 9 am to 1 pm. However, the pharmacy was still closed. I attempted to call at 12:50 pm, but received no answer.
My suggestion is to avoid this place for any of your photography needs. I visited to have my Passport photos taken, and the 6 pictures they provided appeared darker. Despite my concerns, the saleswoman insisted the photos were fine. However, when I submitted them to the immigration lawyers, they were promptly rejected due to color imbalance. I had to return to the pharmacy, only to be mistreated by the two saleswomen. They denied their error and refused to redo the photos without an additional payment. I was shocked and felt powerless in front of others, having to invest more time and money for new pictures. I went to a nearby shop, took new photos, and returned to demonstrate the stark difference. Yet, the saleswomen refused to compare the photos, claiming to be too busy. Their conduct indicated to me that they are aware of the photo quality issue but continue to operate conveniently. I have shared both sets of photos here for transparency. The set of 6 photos is from this pharmacy, while the single photo is from the nearby shop. In my understanding, this behavior violates customer rights, and I hope this review reaches the appropriate authorities.
