Vivo Hair Salon Sylvia Park

I've visited Vivo Sylvia Park in the past for a simple trim with Ana, and there were no issues. That's why I decided to return yesterday. My appointment was booked for a cut and finish with Ana; however, I was attended to by another hairdresser (whose name I didn’t catch). I requested shoulder-length hair with a subtle curtain bang. I showed him three inspiration photos of what I wanted and made it clear what I didn't want: a sharp and opaque fringe look. When he began cutting the ('curtain’) bang, I thought he was working on a big section of my front hair. However, I am not an expert at haircutting, and I assumed this was the standard method for cutting curtain bangs. It went really quickly, and he was blowdrying my hair when I started feeling anxious and akward about the cut. At the moment, I thought it was because I was seeing my hair shorter after many years of having long hair. Looking back, I was in complete disbelief, and I needed to get out of there asap. Now, I'm left with an overly short and uneven opaque '70s fringe. I paid $85 for a mistake that I'll have to deal with for the next 6 months or more. I am now very self-conscious and anxious about my appearance, and I feel compelled to straighten my hair (something I've never done before) and use hair barrettes, which will likely cause further damage over time. That doesn’t even fix the mistake... This is what I asked for… and what I got.

Had the most exceptional hair stylist I have ever had, walked in and told her what I wanted and she delivered 10 fold , Poalee she made me feel like a new women her work was 10/10 and her customer service amazing I couldn’t even leave the carpark for ages cause I was obsessed with my new look a major transformation and I’m in love. Absolutely loving my new look.Joash (Jo) the hairstylist is fantastic! He explain everything in details the status of my hair what’s best for me .Bought a new client package as it was my first time ever doing my hair from Vivian the package included balayage,blow,root melts and cutting and added toner on top of the package which was extra $20 .He coloured-my hair with care rather than rushing through it. Jo spends time with his clients and will make adjustments slowly. You can put your trust in him with your head!
