Was a loyal customer of About Face - especially the Dunedin branch - for years. Even flew back from Canada for treatments. Invested a lot in products, omnilux, etc. However, things took a turn last year - a series of Fraxel treatments left me with post-inflammatory pigmentation and triggered melasma (never experienced this before, no hormonal changes, everything checked). Now spent a fortune on dermatologist visits, peels, skin needling, high-dose vitamin C, hydroquinone, niacinamide, Tretinoin cream. What really hurt was the lack of acknowledgment. Won't be returning to this establishment. Will be seeking out Pure Fiji elsewhere!
