I had sciatica mainly in my right hip, through my right thigh, down to my foot for two years with one bad 8 month stint that I could not sit at the computer and hated getting in the car. Thai massage on my back and hamstrings plus stretching over-tight thighs has reduced the pain to 1 or 2 scale and only in my foot. Very relieved about this. Noy seems to find the muscles that are sore by her fingertips and thumbs. She should really be a physiotherapist.
I'm a tall bloke (6'5) but pretty soft. This rubdown was choice, really hit those sore spots. Cheers mate.
