I visited this place ages ago. However, after trying various spots for lash lifts, I've come to realize that the service was very subpar. My lashes turned wiry and lost their curl in about two weeks. When I got my eyebrows threaded, they removed way too much hair, resulting in a very asymmetrical look.
The staff were quite friendly, but I wouldn't return here. When I had my underarms waxed, the wax was excessively hot, and the esthetician didn't wait long enough before ripping it off, causing excruciating pain. I believe one more attempt and my skin would have started bleeding! Additionally, there was no post-waxing product to soothe the skin, unlike other places I've been to. Moreover, this place was too costly compared to others that offered much better service.
