I had the best experience at Benefit Cosmetics Kiwi Plaza yesterday. I had booked in at Kiwi Beauty initially however when I showed up to my appointment and was waiting for the guy at the benefit cosmetics counter to finish up talking with some guys for over 20 mins past my appt time, he then proceeded to run out back and grab his bags to leave the store before telling me they had to cancel my appt due to someone being sick. I was very disappointed that a) I wasn’t contacted and had travelled specifically for this appt and b) he had stood around for 20 mins chatting instead of greeting me when I first arrived and/or squeezed me in before he went home rather than chatting.
First time getting my brows waxed and I’ll definitely be back! Max was so kind, took great care & made my brows look great!
