Transferred from another clinic to Caci Newmarket and I can't praise the team and service enough, I strolled in today to warm smiles and multiple people greeting me by name - this crew really makes you feel valued. I come in every three weeks as part of my membership and today's fantastic facial with Regan inspired me to share. After years of regular facials, I can genuinely say this crew takes it up a notch. 🤩

I popped in a few moons ago for a complimentary consultation and my first facial. It was a pleasant experience, and the crew was friendly, but the therapist was a tad rough when wiping off products with a towel which left my face a bit tender. The products are delightful, but my skin didn't seem to agree as I got blemishes the next day, so I'd be cautious if you have sensitive skin.
