I’m not sure what the low ratings are about as I’ve only had positive experiences here. I’ve found the staff to be really helpful as I do often need some assistance finding what I’m looking for! Great prices, great range of product…what’s not to love.
Terrible layout, makeup stands at the end of the store wasn’t fully stocked couldn’t find the Revolution makeup brand. Rather than adding shelves in front of the cashiers you could have lessen the shelves to allow better flow from one section at the front of the store to the other end. Chaotic and confusing. Visit Glen Innes branch, great layout and friendly staff.
