Had a complete body wax by Raiha and she was amazing. She showed great professionalism and made me feel completely at ease. I called for an appointment and was able to get in on the same day. The pricing was really fair compared to other places I've tried. Just a suggestion, maybe the room could use a bit of a clean as there were some cobwebs on the walls.
Went in for a men's haircut which they don't usually do. Left with the best haircut I've ever had. I'm usually nervous about getting too much hair cut off, but without me even mentioning it, she made sure to confirm the length with me and explained her process, which was very reassuring. I've been to many expensive, well-known salons around the city, and this was definitely the best in terms of results. Extremely satisfied and will definitely return.
Visited Lata's for the first time for a keratin treatment and felt right at home. I appreciated the patience they showed with my hair (even though it took 3 hours). The staff were friendly, and I noticed how supportive Lata was towards her team. Thank you 😊
